Efficiency of risk management for tunnel security of megaprojects construction in China based on system dynamics

There have been repeated security incidents in megaproject tunnels, construction issues are particularly serious, and the management of risks is receiving increasing attention. This study was conducted to improve efficiency tunnel risk management, process adopted as an entry point, based on Observe-Orient-Decision-Action (OODA) model, influencing factors index system for tunnels from four dimensions: observe, orient, decision action. The AHP-EWM method applied assign weights model dynamics efficiency. Vensim software used simulate analyse effect different indices under conditions, which provides a reference improving management. results show that building comprehensive uninterrupted information awareness network, real-time adaptation control strategies complexity risks, shortening delays can effectively increase dynamic theoretical practical construction.
